Inspired by the centuries-old soapmaking traditions of Aleppo, Syria, these handcrafted olive oil soaps are made using time-honored methods that have been passed down for generations. Cooked in traditional cauldrons and air-dried for nine months, each bar is made with natural ingredients and free from synthetic perfumes, harsh chemicals, and harmful additives.  

Aleppo soap has been crafted for centuries in the historic city of Aleppo, Syria – one of the countries where Concern Worldwide works. Ongoing conflict has forced many soap makers to continue this craft in nearby regions, including Nizip, Turkey, just across the Syrian border.
